‘Green men’ cordon off heart of occupied Luhansk, ignore ‘LPR’ leader Plotnitsky’s orders. VIDEO

Members of Berkut riot police and unidentified armed persons in uniforms have blocked the street in the downtown area of occupied Luhansk and refuse to fulfill the orders of Igor Plotnitsky, the leader of the "Luhansk People’s Republic” terrorist organization better known as the “LPR”.

Blogger Denys Kazanskyi said referring to the terrorists-run media, Censor.NET reports.

"The city's central area was cordoned off by unidentified 'green men' without insignia. These are probably the men loyal to Igor Kornet, the 'interior minister' removed by Plotnitsky, who obviously decided not to give up without a fight... In their open message to Plotnitsky posted on the website of the "LPR's interior ministry" last night, the "people's militia" members said they would only work under Kornet's leadership. Apparently, they failed to settle the conflict through the Kremlin," he wrote.
