MP Bereza said: "The prosecutor's office will have no objections if the defense on Monday submits the evidence of the violation of the defendant's rights to remit the case to a court of appeals for fresh investigation. It is precisely due to a large number of questions to the investigation that arose today and need to be addressed."

Lutsenko said: "All the parties voiced general opinion that it was the judicial investigation that had numerous problems."
