Maksym Kryvydenko, a fighter of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was buried in Sarata, the Odesa region.

This was announced by Censor.NET citing 5 Channel.

The 23-year-old military was killed Sept. 9 in mortar shelling by Russian mercenaries of Ukrainian positions in Krasnohorivka area, the Donetsk region. His home village of Sarata, the Odesa region, has announced mourning on the day of his funeral.

Kryvydenko actively participated in Revolution of Dignity of 2013-2014. In March 2014, the so-called "Crimean self-defense" took hostage a group of Avtomaidan activists, including Maksym. After he was released, Kryvydenko went to defend the country in the east.
