Radio Svoboda published footage of OSCE car tripping mine in Luhansk region. VIDEO

Radio Svoboda obtained an exclusive video of the OSCE car explosion after it tripped a mine in the Luhansk region which killed U.S. national Joseph Stone.

Censor.NET reports citing Radio Svoboda.

The video shows two cars of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission a few seconds before the explosion. Then the camera starts shaking, defocus and shows thick black smoke.

According to the correspondent for Radio Svoboda Christopher Miller, the editorial board obtained this footage from a "source on the government controlled part of Ukraine."

He says that the road where the explosion occurred is rarely used by civilians because of its proximity to the contact line. However the full video shows a third unidentified car heading towards the explosion by the same road 9 minutes later.
