The Russian occupants have brought detained lawyer Emil Kurbedinov to the "court" to impose pre-trial restriction against him.

Journalist Anton Naumlyuk wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.

"Security has been stepped up in the Zaliznychnyi district court of Simferopol, where the hearing to impose pre-trial restriction on Kurbedinov is going to be held. There is a large line outside. The materials of Kurbedinov's case have not yet been delivered to the court. Emil Kurbedinov was brought to the Zaliznychnyi district court of Simferopol to be imposed pre-trial restriction against," Naumlyuk wrote.

The relatives of the detainee, including his children, also gathered outside the courthouse.

As reported, lawyer Emil Kurbedinov was detained by the members of the Russian Federal Security Service on Jan. 26, as he was heading to the activist Seiran Saliev to provide him with legal assistance during search conducted in his apartment.
