Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko has made public the phone records of Russian President Putin's Adviser Sergei Glazyev that prove his involvement in the preparation of Crimea's occupation and seizure of part of Ukraine's Donbas.

As reported by Censor.NET, the released records show that Glazyev actively coordinates the activities of Russia's supporters and takes care of financing the actions of pro-Russian forces.
As previously reported, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) issued indictments against 18 persons from among representatives of Russia's authorities and armed forces on charges of their involvement in very serious crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation has found these persons issued criminal orders aimed at altering the territory of Ukraine. Their actions have resulted in at least 2,263 Ukrainian military killed and 8,394 more injured and incurred hardware losses exceeding 1.3 trillion hryvnia (approx. $50.137 billion).
