Many employees of the Main Investigation Directorate of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine use cars which prices exceed their earnings for many years.

Censor.NET reports that almost all of the investigators are trying to deviate from the question about the cost of the cars and the origin of funds which they have been purchased for. It was possible to identify some luxury car enthusiasts among the PGO investigators.


Dmytro Lodochnikov drives Toyota Land Cruiser Prado worth of at least $35,000. Oleksii Nechiporenko enjoys Volkswagen Touareg (not less than $40,000). Main Investigation Directorate employee supervising the observance of laws in criminal proceedings Dmytro Loifman gets to his workplace by the same car model. According to the income declaration of 2013, prosecutor Loifman earned about 15,000 hryvnia per month (less than $2,000 according to the exchange rate of that period).

Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine investigator Ivan Cholak admitted that he had medium car Skoda Octavia. But he comes to work on a red Range Rover, which is allegedly belong to his relative.
