A truck with Russian-produced medicine has been detained by security officers near Zolote village in the Luhansk region.

The vehicle was trying to illegally enter the Ukraine-controlled territory, Censor.NET informs citing SBU press center.

As reported, during the search, the operatives found medicine that had been brought to the territory of the self-proclaimed "LPR" as Russia's "humanitarian aid." The package had sender's address on it: "Federal State Budgetary Organization "All-Russian Centre for Disaster Medicine "Zashchita" of Ministry of Health of Russia, Moscow."

In addition, the SBU found a permit to transport medicines for "LPR" medical institutions, issued by the "Ministry of Health of the LPR" to the Luhansk region public enterprise "Farmatsiia." The document was signed by fake "LPR minister" Larisa Ayrapetyan.

As reported, the case bears evidence of "LPR" health officials' intention to enrich themselves by selling hard-to-find medicine obtained as humanitarian aid from Russia.
