One of the militants came back to his family on Ukrainian territory on Sept. 11. He was recruited to the 'LPR' forces as a driver in 2014, Censor.NET reports citing the SBU press service
He was responsible for the soldiers and military equipment (self-propelled guns, APCs, and so on) transportation to conflict zones in the Luhansk region.
A former militant, he came voluntarily to the police department and declared his participation in an illegal 'LPR' unit. He confessed in his crime and agreed to provide any possible assistance to the investigation. "There are looting, robbery, and civil strife in the 'LPR"... I was completely disappointed," the militant confessed.
Due to the program, he might be pardoned in the nearest future.
