"Russian generals publicly lead the militants" - SBU suspects the Russian Federation Army General Lentsov of participation in the conflict in the Donbas. VIDEO

The Security Service of Ukraine suspects deputy commander of the land forces of the Russian army, Lieutenant-General Alexander Lentsov of direct involvement in the war in the Donbas.

Adviser to the SBU Chairman Markiian Lubkivskyi gave comment on these suspicions, Censor.NET reports.

"The Security Service of Ukraine considers that humiliating treatment of the Ukrainian servicemen by the Russian Armed Forces General is a war crime and a violation of all norms of international law! The Russian generals publicly and boldly lead militants and jeer at our servicemen cynically ignoring and violating the agreements, using the truce to escalate hostilities and to capture the Ukrainian soldiers. The Russian party does not provide reasoned explanation and it never will. The Muscovites claim that the Russian Federation is allegedly not fighting a war in Ukraine," the comment posted on the SBU website reads.
