Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the SBU press service.
"Law enforcers established that a Popasna resident was recruited by an officer of an 'intelligence agency' of an illegal armed group of the 'Luhansk People's Republic' terrorist organization. The individual provided the militants with the information on positions, movement of manpower and hardware of the anti-terrorist operation forces at the request of his supervisor. During the search and seizure operation, the SBU officers found one kilogram of TNT, two detonators and five satellite images with positions of the Ukrainian military marked on them," the report reads.
The detainee said he was to keep the explosives provided by unknown individuals until further notice. The terrorists' accomplice was charged with illegal handling of weapons and participation in a terrorist group.
