As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Ukraine president's press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko on Facebook.
"Today, an undeclared war is being waged against Ukraine. We are fighting for independence, for sovereignty, and territorial integrity of our state. For the Donbas and Crimea. We have buried thousands of those killed again. We are having hundreds of displaced persons again, whose trouble is a direct consequence of the Russian aggression against Ukraine. I am certain that we, the Ukrainians, will daunt this demon as well!
"It's extremely important for us, and I am certain, that Belorussian-Ukrainian border was, is, and will always be the border of friendship between two good neighbors. I am certain no one will ever drag Belarus in aggressive war against Ukraine," Poroshenko said, as quoted by his press secretary.
