Azov Battalion special reconnaissance fighter Mykola Nicheha has died in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area.

As reported by Censor.NET citing the Azovskyi Rukh (Azov movement) Facebook page, special reconnaissance fighter with call sign "Nozh" was killed in the Mariupol sector during a combat mission.

"Mykola Nicheha, born in 1993, hailed form Kryvyi Rih. He had been fond of parachuting prior to the war and was also physically fit. Nozh completed many training courses for military special forces. Having a strong aspiration for the knowledge, he knew various aspects of warfare, spoke English fluently. He was a brave, fair and committed man," the message notes.
