Memorial plate to the graduate of the Kramatorsk Higher Vocational School Evhen Pahulich, who died defending Ukraine from the terrorists and Kremlin mercenaries, was opened in Kramatorsk city, the Donetsk region, today.

Censor.NET reports citing the ATO press center.

"The soldier gave the most precious thing he had - his life - for his family, his city, and Ukraine," the report reads.

Yevhen Pahulich was born on March 9, 1995, in the village of Starovarvarivka. After 9th grade, he entered the Kramatorsk Higher Vocational School where he studied to become a "Pattern maker of wooden models."

Yevhen was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served in the 25th Dnipropetrovsk Airborne Brigade.

Pahulich was tragically killed during a combat mission near the town of Avdiivka in the vicinity of the Donetsk airport on Jan. 22, 2015.
