The terrorists have been shelling Krymske village, Novoaidar district, the Luhansk region, next to former 31st checkpoint on the Bakhmutka road, using artillery, mortars, Grads, and other weapons. Several districts of the village have been destroyed with no residential buildings left.

This was announced by the Luhansk region governor Hennadii Moskal's press service, Censor.NET reports.

There has been no power and water supply in the village for over a month. During this period many people left Krymske, but since the fighting intensified on the Balhmutka road and the 31st checkpoint was lost, getting out of Krymske by public transport became impossible. People who wish to be evacuated from the shelling are being taken out of the village by soldiers using armored vehicles. They are taken to the nearest village of Svitlychne, where ambulances and buses await.

"Today 18 residents of Krymske were evacuated, including two children and an elderly woman, who suffered burns due to shelling," the governor Moskal reported. "Everybody was taken to hospital for an examination first, and then to Lysychansk [city in the Luhansk region - ed.] emergency administration. From there, some of the evacuated were taken by their relatives, others were placed in social institutions. 300 more residents remain in Krymske. As soon as some of them wish to leave, we will evacuate them with the help of the soldiers," the governor summed up.
