The politician posted images of Russian and 'DPR' service record books issued to the Russian citizen Oleg Sergeiev on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.
Both documents are for the same person, Sergeiev Oleg, born on April 7, 1967 in Dagestan, the first issued in 2011 by the Russian Federation, the other - in February 2014 by the Donetsk self-proclaimed people's republic.
"The images demonstrate simple, as Russian balalaika, process of turning a Russian soldier into a 'DPR' 'militant.' Well then, Lavrov and Putin, keep lying about civil war and NATO units in Ukraine. The Ukrainian parliament is in return adopting declaration on recognizing Russia as aggressor in the Ukrainian Donbas. This will facilitate the complete international isolation for the agonizing empire. Victory will be ours," Lutsenko said.
The documents above were subsequently demonstrated by Lutsenko in the Verkhovna Rada during parliamentary session.
