He stated: "Kharkiv. Alas! The Interior Ministry continues making arrests. We detained a group of five people led by a certain leader of the so-called "Slobozhansk Cossacks" Yurii Lashyn.
"He is suspected of: [crime under] Art. 263 - in layman's terms, the whole group manufactured explosive devices in makeshift conditions and sold them, and we suspect that they supplied explosive devices to the terrorist groups in Kharkiv in return for payment.
"An investigation is underway.
"It's just a man from whom we seized 38 F-1 grenades, several thousand rounds of ammunition and several guns, and a workshop for making explosives.
"Just a man and his four employees - merchants of death for Kharkiv. There are no compromises. We continue cleaning Kharkiv from those who brings war to us," the minister concluded.
