No Ukrainian soldier killed or injured in 12 militants’ attacks over past day, - ATO HQ

The situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone remains under control of Ukraine’s Armed Forces despite repeated attacks of the Russian-occupation troops.

Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the ATO headquarters press center.

"The majority of yesterday's enemy attempts to invite the Ukrainian troops' retaliation were committed after dark. The militants mainly employed infantry weapons against our positions in Luhansk direction: the enemy fired upon the defenders of Zolote, Svitlodarsk, Zhovte, Travneve, and Krymske twice with grenade launchers and small arms. The Russian mercenaries fired several 82-mm mortar shells upon the positions in the vicinity of Triokhizbenka at noon.

"In Donetsk direction, the illegal armed groups shelled our strong points near Verkhniotoretske and Vodiane with 82-mm mortars. The militants fired upon positions on the outskirts of Avdiivka and Marinka with infantry weapons. In Prymorske direction, the enemy committed attacks near Hnutove village using an anti-aircraft gun and small arms," the situation report reads.

The headquarters also said that the enemy UAVs were recorded flying in the vicinity of Avdiivka in violation of Minsk agreements several times yesterday.

"A total of 12 cease-fire violations were recorded all along the contact line over the past 24-hour period. Despite the high density of the fire, the Ukrainian servicemen suppressed almost all enemy attacks. The Ukrainian Army suffered no battle casualties yesterday," the statement reads.

Earlier, the Russian mercenaries fired upon the Ukraine's Armed Forces positions 15 times on Nov. 25.
