‘LPR’ terrorists’ leader Plotnitsky left for Russia, - media

Unidentified armed persons still hold the central area of occupied Luhansk.

Censor.NET reports citing the Russia-based Novaya Gazeta news outlet.

"The motorcade carrying 'LPR' leader Igor Plotnitsky, his administration head Irina Teitsman, 'LPR' broadcasting company director Anastasia Shurkaeva and several other persons left the territory of occupied Luhansk heading for Russia. The city's administrative buildings are still surrounded by armed men, who presumably are the members of the 'LPR's Interior Ministry' and 'DPR's Ministry of State Security'," the news outlet said.
