Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO headquarters press center as of 6 p.m. Nov. 14, 2017.
"The situation in the ATO zone remains tense. The Russian-occupation troops continue violating the cease-fire deal all along the contact line. The number of enemy attacks has decreased comparing to the previous day. As of now, the militants fired upon the strong points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine six times. The enemy used mortars of various calibers in half of today's attacks.
"In Luhansk direction, the enemy employed 82-mm mortars and IFV weapons against our units in the vicinity of Zaitseve in the morning. The Russian-occupation troops also shelled the defenders of Novoluhanske with 120-mm mortars and fortified positions near Novotoshkivske with 82-mm mortars this morning.
"The enemy actively used the entire range of infantry weapons at various sectors of the forefront in Donetsk direction. The defenders of Shyrokyne were fired upon with large-caliber machine guns and small arms while Ukrainian troops' positions near Marinka were attacked with grenade launchers, IFV weapons and small arms.
"Despite high density of the enemy fire, the soldiers of the Ukraine's Armed Forces responded to almost every attack with accurate fire. One Ukrainian soldier was injured in action. He received first aid after which he was promptly taken to a military healthcare facility," the situation report reads.
