"There is more: current First Deputy of the National Police Abroskin could have become a target of an assassination attempt (it was divine intervention and trip abroad that rescued him) before Colonel Shapoval was murdered by explosion. He was seconds away from being killed by a blast. The group plotted attempts both against him and Shapoval. This is all I can say," Matios said.
