This was announced by Presidential Envoy in Rada Iryna Lutsenko on air of 112 Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"In the near future, we have a working group in place, we will close the border to stop these transit movements, this piling up of such illegal cars in Ukraine. I believe it to be a month or two. We have to adopt a law by November banning them from entry, I mean we are stopping this flood," Lutsenko said.
She said the working group will draft a trade-off bill.
"On the cost of the customs and due payments, on fines. We are now creating conditions for moratorium for check-ups, for allegedly used punishing methods. Some moratorium period on such methods will be applied, but the border will be crossed, and a trade-off option for clearing these vehicles will be elaborated," the presidential envoy said.
