SAP Head Nazar Kholodnytskyi told journalists on Wednesday, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"At the moment, prosecutor together with detectives are making corrections to all indictments, and I think they will be announced today. We will then choose the restraint measure," he said.
Prosecutors will ask the court to arrest the suspects with an alternative bail of total amount of 16 million hryvnia ($620,000), Kholodnytskyi said.
He added the investigation has evidence provided by engineering and city planning expertise that the Wall Project construction inflicted damages of 16.688 million hryvnia.
"The work was done low-quality, not under requested conditions, not in volumes declared in job completion reports. Instead of three meter wide roads they constructed 2.2-meter roads. If an emergency arose, hardware would not be able to pass each other on this road," Kholodnytskyi said.
He said on Tuesday, law enforcers detained head of resources provision department of the State Border Guard Service Oleksandr Atamaniuk, former head of the first capital construction department of the State Border Guard Service Volodymyr Tsalko, officer of construction department that was in charge of controlling the construction Viacheslav Maidanovych, and directors of companies that were conducting construction job.
They are Agaverdi Adilov, Oleksandr Kashuba, Serhii Znachko, and Oleksandr Khvyshchuk.
On Aug. 8, NABU and SAP detained six people allegedly involved in funds embezzlement related to the Wall project implementation.
