Ukraine will provide European Court with per minute data of Russian army invasion, - Cabinet Envoy on ECHR Lishchyna

Ukraine has drafted for the European Court in Strasbourg three separate diagrams of per minute chronology of Russian troops' invasion in Ukraine.

This was announced by governmental Envoy on ECHR matters Ivan Lishchyna on air of 5 Channel, Censor.NET reports.

"Every video has either a testimony of a person who recorded the audio or was shown on video. We drafted three separated diagrams. One shows the entry of the Russian troops. We have showed which unit entered where and unloaded where... and when it left.

"We made a separate graph showing seizure of the Ukrainian infrastructure. We have information, a diagram showing seizure or blocking of Ukrainian military bases. For late February - early March [2014 - ed.] we have data per hour or per minute," Lishchyna said.

The envoy added that Ukraine has sent to the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg the testimonies of about 50 witnesses and 100 videos.

Strasbourg is considering five lawsuits against Russia which concern not only the occupation of Crimea, but also aggression in the Donbas. Ukraine will provide the evidence of it to the court in two months.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/en/n449945
