As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by SBU press service.
"Ukraine Armed Forces fighters have transferred a Russian citizen and three more people captured after the skirmish at Zholobok village, Slovianoserbsk district, the Luhansk region, to the Security Service of Ukraine officers," the message reads.
SBU said it initiated a criminal case on the matter, but disclosed no details.
SBU might be speaking of Russian scout Ageev, born in 1995, who was captured by fighters of the Ukrainian Army in a skirmish between the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade and a scout group of the 4th mechanized brigade of the 2nd army corps of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" at Zholobok, the Luhansk region, on June 24.
Ageev's mother, his friends and former comrades confirmed to reporters that after his draft military service term ended, he signed a contract with the Russian army in March 2017.
