The Russian-terrorist forces continue inviting retaliation of the Ukrainian troops in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone. However, the number and intensity of attacks substantially decreased compared to previous days. Two Ukrainian soldiers have been wounded since the beginning of the day as the militants have fired upon positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine seven times. The Ukrainian troops control the situation on the ground and are ready to give the enemy a fitting rebuff.

Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO headquarters press center.

"The militants employed small arms against our positions near Vodiane and Hnutove in Prymorske direction in the morning. Positions in the vicinity of Novotroitske were fired upon with IFV weapons and large-caliber machine guns. An enemy sniper attacked Ukrainian soldiers near the same village.

"The militants fired at the ATO forces deployed near the village of Kamianka in Donetsk direction with grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.

"In Luhansk direction, the illegal armed groups shelled the strongpoints of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Novozvanivka and Novooleksandrivka with grenade launchers," the situation report reads.
