 Pranker who invaded Eurovision stage released on own recognizance

Dniprovskyi district court of Kyiv released on his own recognizance serial celebrity pest Vitalii Sediuk, the streaker who invaded the Eurovision Song Contest stage draped in an Australian flag.

As reported by Censor.NET citing 112 Ukraine TV channel, the court obliged the suspect to appear to the pre-trial investigation body when summoned, report about changes in his place of residence, and impounded his foreign passport.

"The court ruled to release Sediuk on his own recognizance for 60 days," the judge said.

In case of violation of the ruling, a fine amounting from a quarter to two sizes of the minimum wage may be imposed on the suspect.

Sediuk noted that many times he was offered to make provocations for money, but refused.

As reported, on May 13, pranker Sediuk leapt onto the stage during the performance of Jamala, who won Eurovision last year and brought the contest to Ukraine, and dropped his pants before security dragged him off the stage.
