"We are on the right track," - Poroshenko on ICJ's ruling

President Petro Poroshenko told journalists in London, Censor.NET reports referring to the presidential press office.

"We are confident that we are on the right track. We hope for a successful hearing of these lawsuits," the president said.

As previously reported, the International Court of Justice recognized its jurisdiction over the Ukraine v. Russia case. The ICJ overturned Ukraine's accusations of terrorism financing brought against Russia, citing insufficient evidence. However, the court obliged Russia to refrain from impeding the Crimean Tatar people to conserve its representative institutions and provide the availability of education in the Ukrainian language in occupied Crimea.
