Russia forced to remove Crimea wines from exhibition in Italy

The Italian police seized the wines produced in Russia-occupied Crimea from the Russian stand at the Vinitaly exhibition in Verona.

Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine referring to BBC.

The confiscation came after the Ukrainian Embassy in Italy reported the fact.

Self-styled head of occupied Crimea Sergey Aksenov said the production of Crimean enterprises had been seized at an exhibition in Verona.

"The organizers of the Russian exposition specified that the wines of Crimean and Sevastopol producers had been removed from the main stand, while no complaints were made against the main exposition of Russian winemakers," the report says.
