"Decisions must be fair to people," – PM Hroisman on recurring fee abolition

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman praised the decision to abolish recurring fee for gas distribution.

The prime minister wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"Today, the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) revoked its previous decision to introduce recurring fee for gas distribution and I welcome this step. I appealed to the NEURC a week ago insisting on a revision of the gas recurring fee introduction as this would make the people pay extra," he wrote.

"In these last days, I had several discussions with Dmytro Vovk and I am grateful that the government's arguments have been heard. We will continue holding talks so that any decisions being made will be estimated and fair to the people," the premier stressed.
