"The position of the Russian Federation: unfortunately, the situation is aggravated by provocative actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the line of contact; the situation is aggravated by the fact that due to the continuing tension, the parties still can not remove heavy weapons, as prescribed by previously reached agreements. The cease-fire doesn't work, the regime of quiet is not there, economically the situation is worsened by the ongoing Donbas blockade," Peskov said.
