Militants violated truce 12 times by Saturday noon, - Lysenko

The pro-Russian militants have violated the cease-fire in the Donbas for about 12 times since the beginning of the day.

Defense Ministry spokesperson on ATO matters Andrii Lysenko told 112 TV Channel, Censor.NET reports.

"As of 12 p.m., there were 12 enemy attacks at Ukrainian positions recorded. The militants used mortars twice, shelling the village of Luhanske with 82 and 120 mm shells. Small arms were used by the militants in other cases of the truce violation.

At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers observe the truce and do not fire back," Lysenko said.
