"The Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian side to the JCCC fully supported this initiative and provided written security guarantees to carry out repair work at the infrastructure facilities,'' ATO Staff claims.

''However, as of 6 a.m., Feb. 5, the Russian side to JCCC unilaterally limited the number of employees and field engineers up to 10 people, whereas at least 30 professionals were needed to provide quality service,'' the statement reads.
