Censor.NET reports citing the letter posted on the plant's website.
The letter reads: "We have learnt from the media reports that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to appoint EDAPS-print former director Ihor Kohut, who now runs Ukrspetspolihrafia Ltd, a subsidiary of the EDAPS Consortium, as acting director of the Ukraina Printing Plant."
"The staff is deeply shocked and outraged. We cannot believe things like this still happen in our country!" the plant employees wrote.
The plant staff noted: "Everyone knows that Ukraina Printing Plant has long been "enslaved" by EDAPS Consortium and was able to get rid of this dependence only after a long and violent confrontation."
The plant employees request the country's top leadership to intervene and "support the proposal of the National Bank of Ukraine and Ukraina Printing Plant staff to devolve director's responsibility upon the first deputy."
273 employees signed the letter.
