OSCE monitors' schedules in Donbas should be extended, - OSCE Chairperson Kurz

Donbas residents complain the OSCE monitors do not record many cases of shelling as they mostly occur in the night, the new OSCE chairperson says.

Austria's Foreign Minister and new OSCE Chairperson Sebastian Kurz says it is necessary to extend the schedule of operations of OSCE monitors in the Donbas. Censor.NET reports citing DW.

"Eastern Ukraine's residents say that when the monitors leave, the shelling commences, in particular, in the night. So it is required to better technically equip the monitoring mission and extend the hours when monitoring occurs, so that we do our best for the cease-fire," Kurz said.
