As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff's press center in a report as of Dec. 7.
Over the past 24-hour period, Russian occupation troops in Mariupol direction used 120 mm mortars to impact Chermalyk and Shyrokyne, and 82 mm mortar against Krasnohorivka. A sniper was operating in Novotroitske area. The enemy employed grenade launchers and small arms in Lebedynske, Slavne and Pavlopil.
In Donetsk direction, the occupants shelled Vodiane with 152 mm and 122 mm artillery. Mortars of 120 mm and 82 mm caliber were used against Verkhniotoretske. Avdiivka and Luhanske came under IFV weapon, grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms fire.
"The total of 20 cease-fire violations were recorded," the ATO Staff said.
Earlier, Russian occupant troops opened fire upon Ukrainian positions 45 times.
