As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladyslav Selezniov on air of Espresso.TV.
"We are routinely discharging military drafted under the sixth round of mobilization. This process is underway. The discharged servicemen are replaced by the new soldiers including those serving under contracts. No servicemen who have not undergone training at shooting-ranges and combat shakedown as part of detachments will be sent in the ATO zone," Selezniov stressed.
He said only military with appropriate experience carry out combat missions at the front line. However, Selezniov clarified that the current legislation allowed calling up citizens at the age of 18 years for military service under the contract.
