OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine reports about limited access to Pervomaiske/Zolote disengagement area because of the mines.

Censor.NET reports citing Twitter of the OSCE SMM.

"Again gained limited access for SMM to Pervomaisk/Zolote disengagement area today. The "LPR" failed to guarantee SMM's security because of possible mines," the OSCE SMM reports.

It was also reported that the SMM is ready and able to monitor the area, but needs access and the assistance of the JCCC in ensuring safe and unhindered access for the SMM. Moreover, the JCCC should assist the SMM to co-ordinate demining.

As reported, Sept. 22, the Tripartite Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in the Donbas signed the framework decision on disengagement of troops and hardware of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the armed groups of certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine from the demarcation line at three security areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske within 13 days (by Oct. 6).

The disengagement of troops and hardware has been successfully completed in the vicinity of Bohdanivka and Petrivske villages in the Donbas on Oct. 7.
