"They charge him with espionage covered by article 276 of the Criminal Code. The ruling does have some accusatory theory describing the events. Unfortunately, I cannot disclose these events because they may contain sensitive information constituting state secrets. I have not signed a pledge of secrecy but if I unveil the details now it may provide a good reason for my withdrawal from this case. Roman very much asked to help him and I cannot take that risk. However, there is no sign of espionage," Feygin stressed.
