Paralympics 2016: Bohodaiko swims to Ukraine's 33rd gold, sets world record

A native of Poltava set a world record in men's 100 meters backstroke in the SB6 category with the time of 1:18.71 seconds.

"The second gold for today, Ukraine's 33rd gold and 84th medal in total - all of these words are addressed to Yevhen Bohodayko! His today's result has beaten Ukraine's previous achievement in London's Paralympics (in terms of gold medals) and tied the total medal score!" the National Paralympic Committee noted.
