The court representative clarified that the decisions in cases Nos. T-346/14, T-348/14 and T-340/14, initiated into claims against the sanctions imposed by the European Union in 2014, were meant.

The judges of the court in Luxembourg do not expect the ex-officials to attend the hearing.

Balazs Lehoczki said that the parties to the proceedings did not usually come to Luxembourg when decisions on their cases were announced.

As reported, the Court of Justice quashed the decisions on sanctions against all other Ukrainian ex-officials taken in 2014.

However, this does not imply the actual lifting of sanctions, as the new decision to impose restrictive measures came into force in 2015 and it must be appealed against separately.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/en/n402119
