"Unfortunately, e-declaration system has been launched only in test mode," - Hroisman

All the decisions vital for a full-fledged running of the electronic declaration system are be taken as soon as possible.

Censor.NET reports referring to the Cabinet press service quoting Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman's commentary on the launch of electronic declaration.

"The e-declaration system has been launched today, though, unfortunately, only in test mode. As claimed by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption, the software has program modules necessary for submission, storage and publication of declarations, as required by law, and can be put into operation.

"As for the flaws that hamper the system from a full-fledged running, first of all, all decisions necessary to resolve this situation are to be made and implemented in the near future. Secondly, I've ordered the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service to start an official probe to establish persons responsible for the failure to launch the electronic declaration system on time. We'll draw conclusions upon its results.

"Anyway, Ukraine will have the electronic declaration system in the end!" he said.

As previously reported, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine denied the issuance of a certificate of conformity of the integrated information protection system developed for the Unified State Register of declarations of persons authorized to perform functions of the state or local governments. NAPC chief Nataliia Korchak said the e-declaration system would be put in service on Aug. 15 despite its failure to meet necessary data protection requirements.

On Aug. 15, the e-declaration system was put into operation without the above-mentioned certificate of conformity.
