U.S. Republican Party presidential candidate, billionaire Donald Trump explained his remarks about the actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Barack Obama regarding Ukraine, in particular, Russian-occupied Crimea.

Trump wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
