Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Stepan Semerak said in an interview to Еspresso.TV.
"It is a publicly acknowledged fact that a Biden's relative worked in the company owned by Zlochevskyi. This is a tangled story, but we are closely working on it," he said.
"We have a problem with which I am trying to cope as a minister: the existing system of corruption in the distribution of Ukraine's subsoil wealth. Some big political figures are knots intertwined within the system. Untangling these knots, I feel echoes from different factions of the Ukrainian Parliament and not only from it," he added.
Previously, the New York Times newspaper stated that the son of Joseph Biden was connected with the gas company of the fugitive ex-minister Mykola Zlochevskyi.
