"I have held a snap inspection of the SBU pretrial detention facility together with Rada Commissioner for Human Rights and the SBU head today. We have found no clandestine torture chambers and unrecorded imprisoned LPR/DPR members. All prisoners were placed there under courts' decisions," he wrote.

"It was the first time I held eye contact with suspected militants, including a female gun spotter. I was pulling myself together for about two minutes as I was aware how the terrorists were treating our guys held in the former SBU building in Donetsk or in the underground premises of mines. I could barely control myself. But we are fighting against thugs and barbarians so that everyone can enjoy constitutional rights. Even them," Lutsenko wrote.

"I was fingerprinted in the office of the chief of the pretrial detention facility in 2010. I could not wash off the ink for a long time then. But I have been washing my hands much longer after today's meetings," the prosecutor general concluded.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/en/n392080
