Censor.NET informs citing the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission latest update as of April 4 via Liga.

According to SMM, over half of all ceasefire violations recorded in the Donetsk region took place near Yasynuvata and Avdiivka. Considerable hostilities were also recorded in Svitlodarsk and areas to the north-west of Donetsk and the Donetsk airport.

The report reads: "The number of cease-fire violations observed in Donetsk region increased mostly in the area of Yasynuvata and around Donetsk airport compared with the previous day. Positioned on the western outskirts of "DPR"-controlled Yasynuvata (16km north-east of Donetsk), between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., the SMM heard a total of 394 undetermined explosions, out of which 260 were recorded within only 30 minutes, 189 single shots and 263 bursts of small-arms and heavy-machine-gun fire at locations ranging from 1-5km north-north-west, north-west, west and south-west of its position."

The OSCE observers also recorded the increase in the number of cease-fire violations in the southern part of the Donetsk region.

The SMM continued to observe the presence of mines and unexploded ordnance. "The mines and unexploded ordnance continue to constitute threat. The deadline for completion of marking, fencing, and mapping out of the mine-fields located near civilian entry and exit points along the line of contact, agreed in Minsk, passed back on March 31," the statement reads.

The observers do not witness any systematic efforts of the parties to implement these measures.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/en/n382985
