 Suspect in murder of discharged soldier Prykhodko apprehended in three-month chase, - Kyiv police chief

Chief of the National Police Main Directorate in Kyiv Andrii Kryshchenko informed that a suspect in the murder of discharged participant of the anti-terrorist operation Artem Prykhodko has been apprehended as a result of the operation that lasted more than three months.

Andrii Kryshchenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

The law enforcer wrote: "The officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate accomplished the operation that lasted more than three months. They have detained a suspect, who was placed on a wanted list for direct involvement in the murder of Artem Prykhodko - a soldier, who defended Ukraine by force of arms and died in 'peaceful' Kyiv murdered by some scum.

"This weaselly bastard got our detectives off his tale several times but they did not stop investigating his whereabouts for a single day. It was a matter of honor for them to catch him.

"We will take him to a court tomorrow to impose pretrial restriction. Somehow I think that he will be asking to be placed in jail."
