This was announced by Ukraine's Security Service Head Vasyl Hrytsak, Censor.NET informs citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"As far as we are aware, in December 2015 the Russian Federation started to create its 3rd army corps, which will be stationed in the Rostov region. A commander of the detachment has been appointed, it's a Russian citizen," Hrytsak said in an interview to 5 Channel.
"They are currently drafting citizens aged 25-30, mostly aiming at Ukrainian citizens. But as long as there is almost no desire to fight there, they man with whoever they can catch," the head of SBU added.
