As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Samopomich mayoral candidate Yurii Myloboh on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"There have been violations. In one district, there was a massive ballot box stuffing at several precincts. There are complaints, everything is recorded, but the Central Election Commission refused to consider complaints and quickly, within a few hours, announced the election of Vilkul as mayor," he said.
According to Myloboh, CEC representatives did not register any violations as they did not get to the city's remote area.
"This remote district is called Inhulets and previously was not a part of Kryvyi Rih. It is located about 50 km away from the city, and exactly at its precincts the rigging took place," Myloboh said.
Myloboh confirmed his intention to appeal the election results in court.
"The city election commission did not want to handle our complaints, postponing their consideration until 6 p.m., Nov. 17. Moreover, it announced the results and decided on the election of Vilkul as mayor," Myloboh resented.
