This was announced by Presidential Administration representative on ATO matters, Colonel Andrii Lysenko at a daily briefing, Censor.NET reports.
Yesterday at 7:30 p.m., explosion of ammunition at the Ukrainian Army storage in Svatove town, the Luhansk region, caused fire. The accident killed one soldier and wounded two. Civilian casualties include one person killed and one wounded. 35 high-rise buildings near the storage have been damaged.
According to preliminary information, the accident might have been caused by a terrorist act. The Security Service of Ukraine initiated a criminal proceeding.
No enemy shelling of the Ukrainian positions was recorded yesterday. At the same time, militants fired randomly at front line strong points of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces.
